I nipped into the art shop to pick up a couple of ProMarkers. I almost bought 5, for £10.
But then I spotted these!!!-
In case you can't see, each set was reduced to £6.50.
I couldn't decide between the two so I treated myself to both :)
That's 10 ProMarkers, 2 Letraset drawing pens, 2 Sakura Glaze pens, and 2 Letraset No-Bleed Paper Pads (usually about £4 each) all for £13.00.
Last night I fancied a doodle with my new haul and tried sketching Bob in his 'Talk Like A Pirate Day' outfit..... what do you think?

That was a great bargain and moral boost! Love the bare. I can not draw and would never attempt any thing in permanent ink!
ReplyDeleteWow what a bargain! Well done you and well done for the lovlel drawing of Bob, I hope he likes it :)
ReplyDeleteThat's some bargain ;) Bob must be delighted with your wondrous strokes!
ReplyDeleteLove a bargain!
ReplyDeleteHave you thought of doing teddy bear portraits? I'll bet you'd get lots of takers. Bob looks great :)
Yay, you went to art therapy! It looks like you also got yourself a deal! I like your drawing. I draw in pen at times just so I won't spend all day trying to get it perfect. You did very well really.
ReplyDeletebig bargain How's Mum and Fluffy sandy
ReplyDeleteLove the bargain and love the bear pic!!! I love Bob too but don't tell me - he'll only get a big head!
ReplyDeleteLove the pic of Cap'n Bob! Aren't 'Stationery and Art Supplies' shops just great to be in? I love the smell of new wooden pencils and those little pans of paint you could buy as refills for your paintbox - I think it was 'Reeves' who made them. It was always 'Crimson Lake' that ran out first! I know, i'm rambling! Have a good weekend. x
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant bargain Helena! Bob looks very thoughtful - I think he likes his portrait.
