Journalling.......
I took some photo's of some of the stuff I've been doodling and scribbling in my 'journal'. It IS making me feel a little better, or well, not *better*, as such, maybe a little more in control. I feel something welling up, I reach for the pen and crayons. -Rather than it going around in my head and building up. Hard to explain. But getting it out on paper is a nice thing, even when what's written isn't nice.
Well here's some of it...

Love ya lots,

Lovely work there!!! I know what you mean about creating - no matter how fancy (or not!) the result is, it always quietens the monkey chatter in the head!! And I really like solitude too.....
I think you are so doing the right thing by getting all that down on paper. What a lovely way with pictures and words. I so agree that it must be better to do that than have it going around in your head. That is so my problem and my saying is that " I cant turn my head off. "I think maybe I should try this myself. You take care. Hugs Carol and GJ x
thank you everyone, for your kind and encouraging comments. So lucky to know you all :)
I agree that this is a beautiful way to record your feelings.
Impressive journal. I might almost say a lovely journal, save for the sad contents.
I know how much it can hurt to lose your heart kitten. All I can say is hang in there, things will get better, in time.
