Juggling life through a bi-polar lens. Sometimes up, sometimes down. Mostly trying to tread water in the middle. Creating a likeness to a normal life. Whatever "normal" is...

Thank you for all the messages of support and encouragement after yesterday's post. I forget the very thing I say to others when they're low: this too shall pass. I always stress that. But then just when I needed it, I forgot. Thanks for reminding me. And thanks for reminding me that I'm not the only one.

hahah.... you know we absolutely never remember to take our own advice don'tcha? I think it is a world wide problem.
Like today, for instance...I was reminding Mr. BV not to rub his hand over a sharp edge while dusting off some debris because he could cut himself..... well...didn't I go and do just that while waiting for him to come back to help move the piece of cabinet...OUCH!! a wicked sharp cut... like a razor edge paper cut.... OUCH again.... stupid me! It really WAS such good advice...why the hell didn't I listen to myself?

yeh...what's a bit of pretty paper? ... some paints and fun? ... we all deserve some fun and entertainment...and besides, it is actually good for us ...

I did the same thing, sort of.

The other day, my mom and her boyfriend came to visit me. He was opening my closet and I said, "Be careful that the cat carrier doesn't fall on you."

So guess who it fell on today?

Oh Helena, I think we are two peas in a pod, you and I! If you promise not to let the waves of sadness and hopelessness pull you under I will promise too. You are far braver than me to talk about it and you have a lovely partner. My poor husband can't deal... :) Gentle Hugs to You sweetie!
I love your angel card! I have been attempting some paper crafts too as my writing muse has gone on vacation. I just wish my fingers didn't stiffen up on me!
Oh, I was going to call my blog Twilight's Mews, but my daughter gave me the "eye roll" so I went with Muse. Besides, I do think if Twilight time had a muse it would be kitties playing on a summer's eve. :)
Enough rambling. Please know I will keep you in my thoughts. Give your kitties a kiss for me!

Believe it or not, my back still hurts. I don't think sitting in this wooden chair helps much!

Hope you are doing well.
